TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SELLERS AND BUYERS IN ADALU MARKETPLACE

Welcome to ADALU marketplace, where buyers and sellers can connect to conduct business. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your use of our platform.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION: In order to buy or sell on our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, and to keep your account information up to date.
2. BUYING AND SELLING: Buyers and sellers agree to conduct all transactions through our platform. Sellers agree to provide accurate product descriptions and to fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner. Buyers agree to pay for products as agreed with the seller, and to communicate promptly and professionally throughout the transaction.
3. PAYMENT: Payment for products sold through our platform will be processed through our secure payment system. Sellers agree to pay a transaction fee for each sale made through our platform, as specified in their account settings.
4. SHIPPING: Sellers are responsible for shipping products to buyers in a timely and professional manner. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for paying for any shipping costs as agreed with the seller. è Maximal Time Acceptance by Buyers (1x24 hour)??? Maximal Time Selling by Sellers (1 hour)? How many Days order will be auto cancelled once the Seller doesn’t proceed the order?
5. DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, we encourage both parties to work together to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, our customer support team will provide mediation services to help resolve the dispute.
6. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS: Our platform prohibits the sale of illegal or counterfeit products, as well as products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any products that violate our policies.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Sellers agree to only sell products that they have the right to sell, and to not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Buyers agree to only use the products they purchase for their intended purpose.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We are not liable for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the sale of products on our platform, including but not limited to product defects, injuries, or intellectual property disputes.
9. TERMINATION: We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time, for any reason.
10. MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

HIGHLIGHT POINTS IN SOME TERMS & CONDITIONS

Seller Responsibilities:

• Sellers must provide accurate information about their products, including product descriptions, stocks (with update quantity),  and updated prices at ADALU Platform.
• Sellers must prepare orders in a timely manner (Before collected by Courier/Expedition),  plus proper Packaging for Delivery Preparation (Sellers will get auto notification from ADALU regarding the purchase from A Buyer).
• Sellers must be responsive to inquiries from buyers and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Seller must be able to request delivery to Expedition/Courier max 1x24 hour from Receiving Order from ADALU. Those who can not do this, will be penaltied.
• Sellers are forbidden to give any informations regarding Phone Number/Whatsapp etc while Chatting with Buyers.
• Seller must agree and follow ADALU’s Term & Condition agreement.

Courier/Expedition Responsibilities:

• Courier/Expedition is responsible for shipping and delivery of the products to the buyers.
• For Same Day Delivery, Courier/Expedition will collect the order from Sellers max at 15.00 WIB that day.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Buyers must provide accurate information when making purchases, including shipping address and payment information.
• Buyers must make payment for their orders in a timely manner to ADALU and abide by the payment terms agreed upon in ADALU Terms & Conditions.
• Buyers must communicate with Sellers via ADALU regarding any issues or concerns with their orders.

ADALU Responsibilities:

• Order accepted and processed during Working Hours (08.30 – 17.30) and Working Days (Monday – Friday).
• Otherwise, order will be processed on the next Working Day.
• ADALU’s System must confirm about Stock Availability and Pricing at Seller before Buyer do Payment to ADALU (Max 30 Minutes from Stock Confirmation Hour from Seller). Do so more than this regulation, ADALU can not be responsible for Stock Availability.

Payment:

• Payments will be processed through our platform using secure payment methods.
• Sellers will receive payment for their sales after deducting any fees and commissions.

Refunds and Returns:

• Refunds and returns will be handled according to ADALU's return policies.
• Buyers must contact ADALU to initiate a refund or return.

Limitation of Liability:

• ADALU does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold on our platform.
• ADALU will only do the intermediation for any loss or damage resulting from transactions conducted through our platform between Sellers, Buyers and Courier/Expedition.

Termination:

• ADALU reserves the right to terminate the accounts of sellers and buyers who violate these terms and conditions.
• Termination of an account does not relieve the parties from their obligations under existing transactions.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our platform is based.
